BOOKING & SESSION FEES

The booking or session fee secures the time and services of Eleri Griffiths and is payable in full unless otherwise agreed at the time of booking. The session fee may be transferred to another shoot if the client falls ill or due to exceptional or unforeseen circumstances must postpone the shoot, however, this is done so entirely at the discretion of Eleri.

CANCELATION

Once a booking is made, clients may cancel by giving written notice (email) to Eleri Griffiths no later than five working days before the date of the photoshoot. If canceling at short notice, clients may forfeit any fees paid or be asked to pay a cancellation fee.

PRODUCTS

Payment for any product should be made in full at the time of ordering unless a deposit or partial payment has been agreed with by Eleri.

COPYRIGHT

Eleri Griffiths retains copyright to all images. (It is an offense to copy, scan, screen grab, or reproduce photographs taken by Eleri Griffiths without written consent.) Once connect has been given by the photographer, you will have permission to use the photographs for personal use, including social media or sharing with friends and family. Images that are purchased as digital files should not be altered in any way.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In the unlikely event of a total photographic failure, Eleri will offer a full refund or re-shoot. While Eleri takes the utmost care with the processing of photographs and professional-grade backup equipment, in the unlikely event of the client's photographs being lost, stolen or destroyed for reasons within or beyond the control of the photographer, liability is limited to the return of all payments received for the package.

VARIATION

 These Terms of Service shall not be varied except by consent from the photographer and agreement confirmed in writing.
